Rosemary’s is a restaurant housed in the former Village Paper store in Manhattan. The single-story building had suffered fire damage and was abandoned before the client acquired the building. The exterior brick wall and timber joists were able to be salvaged and retained while renovating the interior space into a restaurant and wine bar. Rebuilding the roof allowed for an opportunity to construct a roof-top garden which the chefs use as a source of fresh produce and herbs. Our client’s success at this location has inspired them to return to us for their next venture.
