PDS Architecture was contracted to complete the design of a new state-of-the-art multi‐level dry vessel storage capable of storing boats up to 45’ to replace an aging pre-existing building. The new complex was designed to resist 170mph winds and to be constructed around a working boat yard In addition, Rose Marina is home to over 3,000 sq. ft. of new office area, as well as their pre‐existing 5,000 sq. ft. of retail space that the marina was developed around
