Roscoe Brown Student Center

BUDGET
$1M - 5M
Renovation of the Cafeteria/Bookstore/Conference at Roscoe Brown Student Center at The Bronx Community CollegeThe existing student center was built in the mid nineteen fifties as a brick box with no distinct architecture as compared to other landmark buildings on the campus green. The approximately 18,000 sq.ft. cafeteria, bookstore and conference rooms in this building are in poor condition and being renovated with the addition of a stair to connect the two level cafeteria. A new elevator and a handicapped accessible ramp is added to make the building accessible to the physically challenged. DASNY and SUNY both oversaw the design and construction.
