CFC First Tower Rooftop – Event Space
Located on the 27th floor of the CFC First Tower, this private rooftop is conceived as a contemporary setting for professional events, balancing raw materiality with refined design. The project unfolds between a covered interior space and an open-air terrace, envisioned as a seamless architectural continuum.
The interior is structured around an informal presentation area equipped with a projection screen. A kitchenette with a bar-library, a central back-to-back snake-shaped sofa, and high communal tables define a flexible layout designed to encourage interaction and fluid use.
Materiality plays a defining role in shaping the atmosphere. Volcanic stone flooring, raw concrete walls, and an exposed ceiling reveal technical elements and lighting, reinforcing the space’s industrial character. The bar introduces warmer notes through the use of wood and black metal, subtly softening the mineral palette. Designer furniture completes the composition: a white sofa, green tables and pendant lights, and a deliberate play of green tonal variations set against the starkness of stone and concrete.
Outside, the terrace extends the architectural language with the same volcanic stone flooring. Built-in seating in the form of long benches interacts with a wooden slatted wall, while green furniture and restrained touches of vegetation bring balance to the space. The result is an environment that navigates between architectural radicality and everyday comfort.
