The project involves the extensive renovation of the architectural complex of the Venturini Baldini agricultural estate, Roncolo 1888 which also includes Dimora Ancini and Villa Manodori, now transformed into a boutique relais nestled in the pristine hills of the Terre di Canossa.
The requalification project of the Limonaia sees it transformed into the luxury restaurant of the resort. The old iron and glass structure is preserved in its entirety, as is the original beaten cement floor.
The evocative structure is complemented by iron furnishings, present in both the service counter structures and the planters that separate the dining area from the service and kitchen zones.
The design has encompassed all furnishings, from the counter covered in glossy green cement tiles to the choice of tables and chairs, down to the mise en place. Special attention has been given to the lighting design and the selection of lights to create a welcoming and suggestive atmosphere in the restaurant.
In the restroom, the wallpaper completely envelops the visitor in an evocative space that recalls the original use of the structure.
