The project is formed to criticize the existing intertextual apartments and the expected mass loadings. It attempts to dialogue between the localities past and current conditions. This project is an exercise to revitalize public spaces and vertical access as an essential and sometimes forgotten element. On the other hand, some of the issues that have been reviewed in this project include the loading of the units with different typologies, the possibility of redefining these units as well as the open and semi-open spaces, defining a different and unique skyline, taking advantage of negative spaces and activating corners, and reaching various sections to experience diverse spaces. Finally, the main goal of this exercise has been to transform common apartment boxes into houses with a clear identity. The lobby and staircase act as connecting elements between the city and the project, which are responsible for pumping public and negative spaces. The staircase has become an object in the formal language of the project. It has a dynamic and active role. The project attempts to obscure the border between inside and outside with a generous approach to the city. It uses still forms at the height level of the passage, and the form tends to extroversion and activation at the upper floors. In the meantime, a different and non-common skyline is created at the upper levels of the building.
In the design process, it has been sought to find the building’s form and outer layer due to the diagram, which is derived from the criticism of the existing situation. In fact, the production of form and diagram has been made from the method of loading densities and changing the common spatial organization method.
