Walls finished with tinted plaster sand, balusters, double wooden door with iron forging pointed details, and floors of marble reception, give life to a contemporary classic project.
As with wine, the years stabilize and help flourish the best features of works as good as this that CIBA ARCHITECTURE designed and built in 2006.
The functional approach is traditional, with social spaces, both formal and informal, as well as dependencies of service and maintenance, located on the ground floor, while in the high floor - virtually separated in two by the generous hall distributor - are the master suite and the children’s room. The master suite consists of a bedroom, an important compartmentalized bathroom, dressing room and private terraced expansion that faces the back garden.
The elegance is an attribute of this housing, where the different spaces are barely divided, gaining thus in spatiality.
Being dominated by a large central fireplace with openings on both sides, it facilitates the use of the environment and distribution of furniture.
The gallery, as a feature of the architecture of CIBA, is another room, subdivided for its multiple uses of barbecue, dining room and living room. Wide and completely open to the rear garden, it is an invitation to relaxation and pleasure.
