in the city. Along the Rue Saint Germain a first thickness of 2 stories
households northlight allows both to identify small gardens in the south to
avoid the direct opposite of our suburban homes with older and finally
meet the volume of heterogeneous suburban avoiding the "bar" in
line with the edge of the sidewalk. North of our triangular lot, a small
apartment building in 3 stories + Attic comes to articulate the housing unit Marcel
Cachin to the rue Saint Germain, through a pedestrian way that could later
become a real street, building links between different areas. In the heart
of the lot, small 4 stories building take on the appearance of households with
their small individual gardens complete the system and an accompanying
pedestrian crossing a garden dedicated to the residence. This configuration allows us to offer people,
different ways of living, or for elderly or disabled who choose apartments with
easy access by elevator or ground floor, either for families or young couples
who will turn more easily to the intermediate housing more independent.
