Rodychi is not just the name of the restaurant. It is a cozy place created by a friendly family. The hospitality philosophy is based on the values of warmth, comfort, and family traditions.
The restaurant is located on the 147th kilometer of the Kyiv-Odesa highway, a two-hour drive from the capital. It has four halls: the main hall for 44 people, a large banquet hall for 50 guests, a small banquet hall for 12 guests, and a summer terrace for 22 people.
The restaurant's interior is tied to the area and its history, namely the Cherkasy and central regions, where Ukrainian traditions are most authentic. This can be seen in everything- materials, patterns, embroidery, and stained glass.
As soon as you cross the threshold of the restaurant, you feel as if you are entering a cozy Ukrainian house. Wooden tables and armchairs upholstered in fabric with a pattern reminiscent of a traditional Ukrainian carpet create an atmosphere of warmth and homeliness. The ceiling is decorated with an exquisite cross-stitch ornament, and wooden partitions shaped like clay jugs add authenticity to the interior.
Particular attention is drawn to the original chandeliers, which not only illuminate the space but also serve as exquisite decorative elements. Some of them, shaped like sheaves of wheat, symbolize the wealth and generosity of the Ukrainian land. Others, made in the form of antique candelabra, add a touch of luxury and sophistication to the interior. The poppy lamps are handmade from glass. They look like picturesque flowers from Ukrainian fields and decorate the walls of the restaurant, adding authenticity and unique charm to the interior.
In the heart of the restaurant is the mighty tree of life, which serves not only as a decorative element but also as a symbol of the Ukrainian people and their deep traditions. It is a tree that has been uniting people for centuries, representing unity, strength, and prosperity.
In addition to the tree of life, each hall has a fireplace, symbolizing the family and the family hearth.
The Tree of Life and the fireplace are the two main symbols of the establishment that emphasize the hospitality and sincerity of this place.
