The private residence
„Rock&Rose“ is located in place of the former foresters lounge „Rosen“. At
over 1000m above sea level, one has an extensive view of southern Pongau.Local slates are themed
as the plinth, while two boulders support the central building spanning between
them. The entrance as well as parking space for three cars is located between
these “rocks”. Like a hand, the central
space envelopes the building and leads to the open living area with a luxurious
3.20m ceiling up front. From here one has unobstructed access to the 100m2
terrace, which leads to the southern pool. Further back three bedrooms with
integrated bathes are located. The green roof can be reached by the outer
stair, which is planted with roses and reminds of the original foresters
