The existing 40 bed facility has become unsustainable for today’s changing needs of aged care. The existing facility will be partially demolished, and expanded to create a new modern facility, with large rooms and expansive courtyards to ensure a vista for every room. Resident experience is at the forefront of design, with common spaces spread across the facility ensuring different experiences for residents and their families.
