PROJECT
ROBOTIC-CITY protecting the connection between the virtual world and
real models is
with its complexity the world unique.
The
city will imitate reactions of society and consequences on
environment and other social spheres. It will also attract potential
sponsors who enable the realisation of successful thoughts, there
through the Robotic-city gain importance within Ostrava region.
The
city offers
space suggesting itself for new ideas relevant to innovation of
current style of living and searching creative alternatives for more
comfortable life in modern city.
There
is also the potential for studying purposes of different educational
institutions and excited applicants for ecology too.
Objective
of the project is to offer the opportunity of self-fulfilment and
engagement to the city development to every interested person.
Introduce modern technique, especially robotics, as approachable and
at the same time show at least something from potential which devices
of modern age hide.
Unlike
most current projects similar to this type is Robotic-city actually
dynamic, based on natural sources of energy and offers possibilities
of development for series of generations.
Innovations
became one of the basic sources in regions competitive in economics
based on knowledge. Increasingly clearer consciousness of this
situation is reflected in, among other things, the innovation that
becomes the cynosure of all developing strategies in each region and
big city in Czech Republic.
Note:
Specialized literature presents influence of innovations on the
increase of regional GDP as the basic, most often it’s in range
between 30-70 %!
Corporate
town Ostrava also disposes of its own developing strategy. It
concerns the Strategic plan for development of corporate town Ostrava
in years 2005 – 2013. This document also identifies the support of
innovations as one of key precautions for support of economical town
development.

Model
of town is in gauge 1:10. This gauge best illustrates the town. This
consists of particular models of buildings, which will present using
of energetic and material sources closely associated with ecology.
Each building as interactive fun. Manipulation with cameras, house
and town lightening and development of interactive robotics inside
the town in the near future. Town as a centre of fun and interactive
learning. Visitor can walk through the city on marked paths or browse
the camera system on internet.

Into
concepts of buildings are involved both individuals and companies
from the whole Czech Republic. Other inspirations for solving models
of buildings are huge projects from the area around the Dubai (UAE)
and others in China, Japan, USA and South Korea. For example Dubai
architectonic studio Studied Impact created the concept of
skyscraper, which serves already as the source of sustainable
development or the newest project from Vincent Callebaut – gigantic
skyscraper – city farm, which was designed to reconnect consumers
of groceries with their producers. Project will show us very
realistic sight from the near future.
Beside
this, there is also the possibility to evolve our own future in the
spirit of Czech cities. This way the city became to big inspiration
for all Czech Republic in introducing new and alternative
possibilities not just in architecture and technology of
constructions. The city also provides the representation of new
architectonic and technologic trends. How will the automobile look
like, or the ecological living skyscraper. How will using and getting
of energies and primary commodities for ordinary life of future town
man look like in practise?
Spaces
for erection of the town are restricted just by the accessibility of
internet and connection to 220V electricity. Technical background of
the city is simple and its
capacity
starting
with 2 persons with 24 hours service. Minimal surface for building up
is 1500m2.
City can have even a few of colonies on different places.
It
has its own camera system which is connected to internet.
Thanks
to the connection people can visit each building, but they can also
create new ones. So simply built model of the town is ideal
springboard for installation other automation systems and very
popular house and fun robotics. The city offers the space for
creativity not only for already established entrepreneurial subjects,
but also for individual citizens from all over the country.
Solutions
and particular realizations can be accomplished by individuals or by
company and installed into the city.
Openness
of the project in the style of OpenSource (working of operating
system Linux is based on this system) enables to improve a given
solution by other independent individuals or by company.

as the manual how and which ecological machineries can influence the
life in the city in the near future. The city should show us new
possibilities and give chance to realize our dreams. Possibilities to
create interesting work opportunities. Better involvement of new
workforce without affection on their grade caused by inexperience.
First-rate grade even for handicapped citizens. Playfulness in spirit
of computer games. Introduce the city, where is comfortable and easy
to live and work. Form of adrenalin fun, knowledge perspective,
simple control system and competitions for prices. Vision of this
whole project is involving into worldwide competition X PRIZE. This
company gives a $10
million+ award
for social responsible project all over the world. This award is
given to the first team which achieved a specific goal, set by the X
Prize Foundation, which has the potential to benefit humanity. They
incite innovation by tapping into our competitive and entrepreneurial
spirits. New prizes will focus on pushing the limits of what is
currently possible and accelerating the rate of positive change.
Foundation is developing prizes that will end our addiction of oil,
stem the harmful effects of climate change, and promote the
sustainability of our environment. This year’s topic is
“Breakthrough Investments in Energy Storage”.

successful progress at the beginning of whole project is effective

Financial crisis is many of companies unhesitating to present
themselves even in different criteria. Project administers to better
creation of work places at the time when the financial crisis
affected many of companies or when they are in decrement. So
successful start enables to compensate the costs of building of the
whole city very quick so the next development won’t be charged by
financial commitments. Quick development of computer market, still
growing using of internet all over the country and technical
development of households and companies itself.
