Meeting rooms named Ameland, Texel, Vlieland, and colors and materials reminiscent of dunes. Instead of beach chairs, flexible workscapes can be found here. We were commissioned by a leading asset management company to develop an expansion concept that integrates the progressive Dutch office and working model into a classic office location without appearing alien. Our main goal was to tap into the spatial potential of the main building and optimize the central areas.
The new office was designed with a progressive structure, resulting in an agile and open workspace concept that offers a balanced mix of open space and think tanks, communication areas, and meeting rooms. Instead of a traditional reception area, visitors are now welcomed by a spacious and open kitchen with a work lounge that serves as a meeting point for both clients and employees.
Standardized work situations have been replaced by flexible workscapes. For this purpose, we designed custom-made built-in furniture to optimize the use of the space. The result is an office with lots of charm and numerous opportunities for mutual exchange - a successful example of how modern workspaces can function effectively.
