Considering the growing population and the need for harmonious urban living, a mixed-use residential project could offer a diverse array of amenities, retail spaces, and housing options, catering to the varied needs of residents. This development has the potential to create a vibrant and self-sustaining community, fostering a sense of connectivity and providing a well-rounded living experience in the heart of the city.
The River Park Manila takes inspiration from the branching structure found in trees. Load-bearing components serve as the "core” and extend outward, forming supporting columns and beams, much like secondary branches.
Vertical gardens simulate the foliage of trees, promoting air purification and contributing to biophilic design principles.
The building’s facade features a branching pattern with protrusions resembling branches and twigs. Natural materials like wood and stone enhance the natural connection, and circulation paths guide occupants organically
