River garden is situated next to the Saigon River in Ho Chi Minh City. The plan forms of the building were based on allowing for natural lighting and ventilation to all the different unit types and rooms. A feature of the tower is the 1.80m deep balconies that allow them to be used as ‘outdoor rooms’.
