A liner on the parkSet up on the "B3" block, the housing building boats an exceptional situation with a view of the Meudon hills. The linear construction is organised around two small towers and comprises low-cost housing and private flats to a total of 151 apartments.To the south it is doted with a figurehead in the public space reserved for the future tramway station. The concrete construction is dressed in translucent polycarbonate weathboarding that ensures insulation from the outsid. The building encourages a maximum number of cross-throught apartments. To the south, inhabitants are ensured protection for the winter and mid-season months by movable shutters which reinforce the idea that balconies can also be considered as living space.
