The project arise from the need to design a living space that gives a new urban layout to the neighbourhood considered.During the elaboration of the project have been identified some key objectives, such as axis penetration of the fabric to the area of intervention, to complete replacement of the urban fabric with new buildings with sophisticated harmony of composition and image with the context with contemporary language, to take care to place the functions, to provide poles of attraction, to allocate sufficient space to ancillary functions of public or collective interest. The idea developed is based on a new balance of solids and voids between the built fabric of the town and new buildings: we need to reshape the volume, use the facing road as the fifth partially emptied from the genesis of the axes of penetration into ' area, keeping as far as possible links with recurrent ways to "mark" the lanes and access roads to the property from their neighbors: the floors of connection between the built-up sleeves give this continuity to the front on the road.Instead of the current courtyards, inside the buildings will be built a public square. Its shape doesn't exactly match with traditional concept of urban square, that is an enclosed space with edges built more or less homogeneous. Instead, it is an environment that swing between the new buildings along the 5 Martiri st. and the lookout tower which is a prelude to the orchard and the open space of the countryside, which blends ideally with a game of green terraces and wooded areas with plant species characteristic of the area. At the southern end of the square there is the architectural emergence of the tower, a dynamic link between the various levels and functions, and place of rest and contemplation. Green is seen as an important element of the project, in fact if between the play area for kids and the lookout tower the presence of plant elements is minimal and mainly functional to the completion of the overall design, after the tower the green becomes the master of the scene. Here, for reasons relating to the morphology of the area, the green becomes the ideal tool for modeling terrain, to create a natural theater.
