This was a eco design apartments project in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. 6 apartments on a $6.600 millions budget. Materials are: Concrete blocks walls, coated with siding to create a texture and It helps reduce the temperature inside the building, steel columns and beams, creating an independent structure of the walls. Some natural elements like green walls in the facades, are considered to make more beautiful and It provides a heat barrier, for the Honduras super hot weather. Large windows to take advantage of natural light, are treated with PVC profiles and double glazing. this Building was expected for construction in 2015 but It wasn't built because the client sold his land to another mayor project.
