The initial aim of this project was the creation of a space that would unite indoors with outdoors, without losing privacy. Due to the limitation of the land (360m2), the idea was to ensure the best use of the spac-es, considering the angle of the sun. It is a large residence, with a social area fully connected to the ex-ternal area. The absence of walls and the use of frames ensures the full use of the natural light. In addi-tion, both the plate glass as well as the extension of the upper floor over the lower floor ensures better thermal comfort. Energy saving was also considered an essential factor for this project, such that, in all areas, LED lighting technology was used.
In the external area, the landscaping and heated pool offer a comfortable leisure area, both in the sum-mer and the winter. In the south, no gaucho can give up a good barbecue... As such, the project has two barbecue pits. On the ground floor, next to the kitchen and covered with Silestone Zirconium - like the island located in the middle - ensure durability, resistance and refinement. On the second floor, located in a large, comfortable space connected to the terrace that has arm chairs and a minibar is for receiving guests.
Most of the private area is located on the upper level and is made up of three large bed rooms, one being a suite, and a bathroom. On the lower floor, in addition to the social areas, there is another bed room and a bathroom, created considering the best accessibility. All of the spaces were optimized, without losing convenience and comfort, since each area is well defined, functional and unique.
