The Richard Home is an imaginative and lyrical design solution for a smaller home in a quaint and older Phoenix neighborhood. The Great Room space that includes the living, dining and kitchen, is covered with a sweeping butterfly roof and opens on both the north side and south side to a patio covered with light gauge steel trellis. The north side views an old growth wash.

The Richard Home materials are stucco, steel and exposed beams.
