The project is an individual residential house situated in the rural outskirts of Skenderaj, specifically in the village of Llaushe. The area is characterized by its lush greenery, sparse population density, and serene surroundings. Our studio had the privilege of contributing to both the architectural and interior design aspects of the project.
Emphasizing pure architectural forms and minimalism, the design aims to blend harmoniously with the natural landscape while meeting the specific requirements of the client. The exterior facade combines two main materials: white and brick, creating a striking yet understated aesthetic. The strategic placement of large windows ensures ample natural light, with the primary front facade facing south and east to maximize sunlight exposure.
Internally, the house features a spacious gallery area that fosters an open and inviting atmosphere for everyday living. The color palette and materials chosen for the interior design are minimal and warm, promoting a sense of coziness and comfort. Notably, certain furniture pieces incorporate a pop of color with a Tiffany blue hue. Overall, the project reflects a thoughtful integration of design elements tailored to both the natural surroundings and the client's preferences.
