Our engineering team also played a crucial role. They were in charge of the structural, sanitary and electrical projects. In particular, the electrical part was a close collaboration with the client, as adaptations were made to include special features, such as automatic curtain outlets and automated lighting systems for the pool and outdoor areas of the house.

The entire process from approval of the preliminary project to obtaining the construction license took an additional 60 days. In addition, we provide the owner with a detailed budget for the work and an execution schedule. This meticulous planning allowed us to establish effective strategies for construction and ensure the project meets our client's expectations.
