This project was designed for the construction of A.P.PARS Architects office and is located in a residential context. The location of an office building next to a residential building creates an unlikely mentality for residential neighbors in terms of the number of visitors as well as the nobility from upper floors to residential buildings.
Based on this, it was necessary to design the building in such a way that privacy is respected. On the other hand, the need to use light and ventilation in the design was very important. In addition, inappropriate west and east light should be controlled.
Therefore, using a brick grid with parametric geometry seems to be a good idea to maintain traditional architectural values while being innovative. The parametric geometry, as well as the use of turquoise and azure colors at the beginning and end of the bricks, make the facade of the building more dynamic for people who pass by it. This process can be recognized in the diagrams drawn.
The dynamic quality of the project has been achieved through the flexible design of the exterior shells to control light and visibility, and the exterior has created a variety of forms in the north facade of the building, which are formed both inside and outside the building. take project and turns it into a platform for contact with the city and the building.
