The geno-architectural model for a better life. This results in a radically new cultural product that provides people with a place to enjoy better lives in a very cool ambiance. Clean and rational design ensures a realistic and affordable habitat that will make Dallas an icon in environmentally-conscious architecture.
Just as a strand of DNA contains the basic building blocks of life, the proposal is an advanced architectural conception that encompasses the basic components of urban life: Energy, Human Wellness, Economy and Ecology. The complex integrates these essential elements -the architectural chromosomes- as the genetic code from where the ultimate design originates. This new urban print is designated QuadraheliX.
