The customers wanted a retirement home with ample room for guests that fit into a wonderful site.
Options were presented that addressed all of the wonderful views offered by the site, provided for ample space for visitors while giving the owners privacy.
With a view of Pike’s Peak in the background, this home took advantage ample views of forest and meadows in the foreground. All the major rooms had wonderful views. Landscaped to enhance the natural environment, this home captured the essence of the Black Forest. The stone, stucco, and tile roof helped the home blend in. The single-story home with its walk-out lower level provided ample space for the owners and their guests. The owners could enjoy privacy on the main level while their guests were in the walk-out level below. Ample entertaining rooms provided much space for socializing. This project was completed while at SBA.
