DIA – Dittel Architekten was hired to renovate, revitalize and convert the listed building on Königstrasse. The aim was to restore and structurally repair the original appearance, which is characterized by a delicate facade structure with a slender concrete frame and contrasting colours. To best meet today’s utilization requirements, the building’s interior was modernized in compliance with all construction codes.
