9000, Overland Avenue, Culver City, CA, United States

YEAR
2010
SIZE
1000 sqft - 3000 sqft
The project consists of a new 1,378 seat Grandstand and a new free standing Grandstand Restroom Building which houses Men and Women Restrooms, a Janitorial Office and a Concession Stand. The Restroom Building structure is made from exposed concrete and masonry taking advantage of recycled and regional materials and the natural beauty of the material.
