The existing main terrace for this residence was very large, allowing for the creation of three smaller outdoor rooms, including:
1) a courtyard condition that would allow light to flood into the living room and create an outdoor garden
2) a protected and elevated formal “living room” which allowed for better views of the city
3. a casual dining casual space, lined with built-in seating to also create a true balcony condition
