Houses built in the XIX century for a family that lives for the vineyards of Douro planted on the property. The plan was to renew the houses as to be autonomies .
Construction wise they're built originally with simple external stone walls, ceramic tiles on roofs and wood structure on the inside. The project need to assure the therm/acoustique required levels, as such it was done a external isolation on the walls, isolation on the roofs and new windows and external doors.
