Rehabilitation and extension of a former industrial building into a residential building for ten dwellings.
Restoration and extension of a former industrial building into a residential building for ten dwellings. The existing block is a substantially rectangular two-storey volume, with roofs in asbestos cement perpendicular to the road. The dismantling of these roofs and building sanitation allow the elevation of a floor in addition, with its recessed facades, which facilitates the emergence of two penthouses with large terraces on the second floor. The other two apartments are located in a separate block that reaches passive standard. Both volumes are articulated by the vertical communications nucleus, in a wooden box, situated between the two buildings and connected with exterior light gateways.
