The Takêdo Restaurant is known as a modern Japanese cuisine.
Our architect, in a trip to Asia, searched references related to oriental contemportaty architecture. She realized that a monochrome palette, the heavy use of textures and geometric shapes were strong characteristics in Japan.
The project's main idea was to reflect the sophistication of the dishes in the designed space.
