Beckmann-N’Thépé agency has conceived the restaurant as an expression about the meeting of two atmospheres. On one hand, there are the parisian and the charming aspect of Haussmann’s ornamented architecture. They deliberately kept the primary aspect of the place to remember the atmosphere of an old parisian apartment. On another hand, we find a contemporary aspect indicated on the usual custom-sized furnitures. Thus, we can see two parisian timescales crossing eachother, between shared culture mixing smells, sounds and classicism, and modernity that involves progress. These physical and sensory atmospheres are communicating in a high-range, efficient and good-mood area.
The furnitures are made specialy for the place and the combination of different materials such as wood, glass and brass for the counter, are participating to the restaurant exceptionality.
For the modern touch, a bright wall is located at the end of the room. It brings a high-quality light and it is also able to project pictures.
The minimalist façade provides a surprise effect with the discover of the interior atmosphere.
The quality of the atmosphere created by the architects is in osmosis with the cooking and the customer service quality. For those that don’t want to choose between food quality, speed, environment and service, Brian gives the right combination for a lunch break in a good mood : we can find delicious dishes made with fresh products only (to eat-in or take-out), right service, welcoming and visually pleasing environment, and an optimum speed.
