Regarding the parametric design, this design attempts to use the sample of basics of parametric design due to the needs of the residential complex. Basically, because of the difficulty and complexity of trends in parametric design I tried to use 2D parametric design in Plan; also I used another parametrical design in 3D in form which they are joined together based on the needs of residential complex. In this site there is also a paving road for people to walk around in the site and enjoy lots of events in nodes between the buildings. There is also a river in axe of the site which increases the sense of environment and place attachment in this design.
