GCA architect is the study in charge of the 169-apartment building in Paseo San Francisco de Sales, 15, in the neighborhood of Chamartín, Madrid.
The facades have been designed with a vertical composition to balance the horizontality of the building. The plants are divided into 3 core communications with 6/7 apartments per core in the type plants, and a triplex on the upper floors. Courtyards, which are generously sized, articulate the plants highly differentiated to the composition of facades.
The distribution of the typologies is generally with kitchens connected to salons, with 2 and 3 bedrooms, and finished materials of Nordic appearance, as the light color oak parquet, DM painted in RAL 9010 color, and large windows to use of natural light.
The common areas of the building are large in size; the building has an indoor pool, gym and spacious entrances in ground floor separating commercial and residential areas. One open pool of common use in the roof, the rest of the roof is distributed with terraces and pools for private use.
