The building is designed as two segments at two different heights with two different purposes (residential and office)connected to each other with a garage on the basement floor. Together they create a big courtyard as a public space in between which is also an extension of the commercial activities on the ground floor. The main point of the design are the apartments which are mostly two sided oriented and face both the Lomnicka street and courtyard. Office part of the building faces both the main Savska street and inner public space. From the broader perspective,the inner courtyard presents an addition to the existing pedestrian route along the residential district situated eastern of the building concerned.
