A recently-completed 4-Story residential condominium complex, comprised of 29 units, located in Far Rockaway, a short walk from the beach. A blue glass curtain wall was selected for the building’s façade to suggest the blue sky and proximity to the water. The units themselves are a pristine white accentuating the blue of the windows and emphasizing architectural details The structure will incorporate both a green screen and a green roof. The latter will accommodate leisure activities.
