The concept of the project is to create a forest with lakes, waterfalls, walkways, streams, slopes and other natural elements to insert 108 residences distributed in 17 buildings of 5 levels.
These buildings are bodies with a lot of volume, overhangs, terraces, gardens, swimming pools, built with metal structures to allow large clearings for total flexibility in the use of interior spaces.
The buildings are covered with Roman Travertine stone combined with some volumes of basaltic stone called Basaltina. It has large glass clearings towards the central views of the complex where the magnitude of the green areas and bodies of water that run through all the exterior spaces of the development can be appreciated.
We designed many different types of residences, one level, two and up to three levels with terraces and private pools. The entire complex is turned inward, leaving the periphery for car circulation one level below and an exclusive circulation perimeter for all the services of the complex that remains underground for privacy and security reasons.
The more than twenty amenities that the complex has that are distributed throughout the development and lost among the forest and lakes.
