Situated in the northern part of Bressanone, directly along the banks of the River Isarco and near the so-called Wasserschöpfe, Residence Soliman occupies an ideal location that combines proximity to nature with urban accessibility. The residential complex integrates harmoniously into its surroundings while expressing a clear, contemporary architectural language.
The ensemble consists of five independent buildings derived from simple rectangular volumes. Their slightly rotated arrangement creates a dynamic spatial composition, generating varied visual axes and diverse perspectives.
Generously sized loggias, oriented either to the southwest or southeast depending on the building, extend across the entire width of the façades and provide spacious outdoor areas for each apartment.
To the south, a public square with adjoining service facilities marks the entrance to the quarter and serves as a vibrant meeting point for residents of the neighborhood.
At the heart of the complex, a semi-public space with a shared street and landscaped green areas functions as a communal zone for relaxation and social interaction. The ground-floor apartments are complemented by private gardens that, through subtle changes in terrain and carefully selected plantings, offer a sense of intimacy and seclusion.
