At its core is the handcrafted terracotta jaali, which serves as both a functional and aesthetic element—filtering light, enhancing ventilation, and offering privacy while casting dynamic shadows throughout the day. Complementing this earthy texture are the crisp white plastered walls that reflect sunlight, reduce heat gain, and provide a clean canvas to emphasize the facade's geometry and green inserts. Powder-coated mild steel gates and grills continue the theme of pattern and transparency, balancing security with visual lightness. Integrated concrete planters filled with lush greenery soften the built form and enhance the biophilic experience, while interior accent walls in a muted terracotta tone subtly echo the facade, creating warmth and continuity between interior and exterior spaces.
