The designed architecture is characterized by purity of form, through minimalist and horizontal design. The modernist body is embedded into the slope of the plot, creating an impression of levitation. One can notice the harmony between the green belt, the horizontal and purist white architectural form, and the backdrop of the blue sky.
The residence is situated on a picturesque slope, within a densely wooded plot, with a view of the surrounding landscape. The building consists of two horizontal volumes stacked on top of each other: the upper defines the daily living area, while the lower contains additional functionalities. Despite the significant floor area, an elegant form has been achieved, blending into the context of the plot and the natural landscape.
On the upper level we find the entrance zone, a spacious living area open to the south, west, and north, as well as the night zone with the owners’ master bedroom illuminated from the east and south. These functions were placed at the highest level of the plot to maximize the view of the surrounding landscape and mountain panorama. The upper level is surrounded by terraces, offering direct access to the garden and forest in the western part of the plot.
One level below there is a spacious garage with seven parking spaces, guest bedrooms, a wine cellar, gym, SPA zone, and an open swimming pool area with equally magnificent views to the south.
Beneath the building lies the technical level. The cantilevered part of the house is supported by a single foundation wall, which defines the area of another terrace located beneath the levitating structure.
