The house is located in a residential area in Kandy.
It was more sensible to have a rectangular straightforward design for the rectangular12 perch land. There are houses right around the land except one side which has a distant view of a mountain range. Naturally we decided to have more openings towards the view.
The road access is from the front of the house and the main garden area is placed in the rear where there is more greenery. The third floor gym and the rooftop bar are connected with a spacious roof terrace which has a magnificent view of the lush mountain range.
