Concept

A Vietnamese refugee boat was found in the Northern provinces and eventually sold to a foreigner living in San Fabian. He restored the boat and turned it into a restaurant near a river. After many years of managing the business the restaurant was sold. This time the new owners want it remodelled and make it a private abode.
