Residence 2750 Vallejo Street is a five story luxury LEED Platinum home that was entirely renovated including new foundations and roof and was completed in April 2013. A lower level was added to the home as well as a penthouse level with surrounding roof deck.

The front elevation of the home is a contemporary interpretation of the homes previous more traditional shingled façade while the back elevation reflects the modern re-design of the home. Bi-folding windows and doors were installed to blend the indoor / outdoor living experience with views of the landscape designed yard with lap pool and the San Francisco Bay beyond.
