This mixed-use 254-unit one, two and three bedroom apartment project occupies a prominent site adjacent to the LA river. There has been steady revitalization of the river from a concrete culvert to an actual flowing river with a landscaped and banked edge. This project will continue that redevelopment with a continuous landscaped edge, bike paths, and jogging trails all facing the river. The glass sheathed corner element facing Reseda Boulevard and the river edge serves as the gateway to the community and a marker for an entry into the river pathway system. There is a café at the base of the corner glass tower to attract bicyclists, joggers and walkers with outdoor patio seating to enliven the streetscape. The commercial edge that extends along the boulevard will contain shops and additional café's. The upper residential floors are stepped back and down from the corner element to relate to the lower scale of the Reseda community.
