The residential plot in Dubai’s suburban community showcases a modern architectural style. The design shows simple volumes juxtaposed with each other in an overall light mood composition. Planes and volumes define the built form embellished with landscape elements where regular and soft forms combine to create the residential setting. The building façade made more relaxing with natural finishes are balanced with geometric patterns of screens and canopies that complement the minimalist volumes and inject a taste of local culture. The lightness and calm ambience of the design is achieved by introducing pocket gardens that enhance natural lighting in the interiors. Daylight penetrates the interiors including the basement to create the tranquil ambience. Water features, pathways, and reflective pool further enhance the serene surroundings of the villa making it a most desirable destination in an urban environment.
