A condominium renovation project by IN THE LIGHT.
Beginning with the careful selection of a high-quality property with strong long-term value, the space was fully stripped back to its structural shell before being entirely rebuilt.
The overall design reinterprets elements commonly found in apartment buildings from the 1970s — such as brick-style tiles and carpeting — through a contemporary lens. Particular attention was given to concealing structural elements typical of condominium architecture, including large beams and columns, while integrating technical equipment seamlessly into the interior to create a calm, noise-free living environment.
For this renovation, we placed importance on creating a timeless space that would remain adaptable through changing stages of life, while also allowing flexibility for future relocation, rental, or resale.
