In relation with leasing to Siemens wind power more than 10.000 m² office building has been renovated to top standard with open plan offices, meeting facilities, reception, canteen and a production kitchen.
The renovation of facades and staircase turret has opened the building to the surroundings. The façade facing the bus stop and central station is more visible after establishing a beautiful forecourt with a living area.
The updated appearance emphasizes the central placement of the building and gives the tenants a nice view from the complex.
The beautiful outdoor area combines the entire building complex and with the unique placement close to the small river and the pedestrian street the area has a lot of opportunities for an exciting outdoor area.
There is easy access for all tenants from both terrain and parking garage with 165 parking places. Today the building houses more than 650 employees from Siemens wind power.
