48h18 m administrative building located in the city of Brest . The facades are made of hinged panels , column spacing 6 , 3m. Reasons for reconstruction :
1. Transferring industrial complex outside the city limits and the need to give a new feature adjacent residential industrial area .
2 . Physical condition of the building ( adjacency nodes overlap and columns came into constructive disrepair ) .
3 . Obsolescence of the facade , structure planning , neighborhood.
4 . The need for more cultural and serving the district
5 . Cold indoors due to the changing norms of heat engineering buildings.
The variant part of the reconstruction of ABA in modern Catholic cathedral . The project foresees the accomplishment of adjoining territory belfry , new coatings , landscaping , parking.
The building of the Catholic Cathedral provides additional space on the second floor for the wedding , choirs on the second floor space at the entrance to the communication functions and expectations. On the basis of the cathedral will act Catholic Sunday school with the teachers' classrooms and the library.
Central core ABA replaced a large space without columns in the center. Old wall dismantled and erected new ligation with metal columns with a diameter of 15 cm from the load-bearing caisson ceiling and at the same time invisible from the street, which creates the illusion of hovering close- overlap in the air.

In coffered ceilings established skylight creates additional lighting in the area of the altar. Lantern is with careful calculation that a holiday from December 25 in the morning until 12:00 and light round spot will move from the corner of the wall to the altar creating sacred experiences of the congregation .
