The façade of a listed, residential building, built in 1910 and part of Grotajan Brewery in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg, required full renovation.
RBA was commissioned to prepare a detailed damage assessment with action plan and cost calculation of the necessary refurbishment measures. Apart from that RBA carried checked the feasibility with the local listed building and city planning authorities and prepared the specifications.
