The design has an office footprint of 2,25,000 square feet,which is broken into six levels, the footprint of each being approx. 43,000 square feet based on an occupancy ratio of approx. 85 square feet per person.
The layout is organised on a 5 feet x 5 feet module which allows for flexibility and reconfiguration of the arrangement as and when required giving various combination of cellular and open spaces.
The fixed elements are the service infrastructure which remain constant regardless of the layout configuration at every floor level.
